Darinda J. Reberry, MSN, RN, President/Chief Executive Officer

Darinda was named President/CEO by the WMMC Board of Trustees on Feb. 26, 2016.

She joined WMMC as Vice President of Patient Care Services/Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in October 2013. During her tenure as CNO, she successfully led efforts for WMMC receiving national certifications through The Joint Commission in Normal Delivery and Bariatric Surgery by the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program. In addition, Darinda led numerous initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and financial stability.

While serving as Interim President/CEO from September 2015 through February 2016, she took strong strides in physician relations by finalizing the recruitment of multiple physicians, strengthening the relationship with local private practices and taking steps towards fostering physician leadership within WMMC. She has worked diligently at engaging with community partners, enabled by her strong local roots—Darinda grew up in Sedalia and attended the University of Central Missouri.

With over 20 years of diverse clinical nursing experience and proven success at leading and transitioning cultural change, Darinda has served in a variety of leadership capacities at health care facilities including HCA Research Medical Center in Kansas City, MO; Truman Medical Center Lakewood in Kansas City, MO; and St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Kansas City, MO.

Darinda earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Central Missouri and her Master’s of Science in Executive Nursing Leadership from Webster University.

Terri Bradley, CPA, FHFMA, Vice President of Financial Services/Chief Financial Officer

Terri became WMMC's Vice President of Financial Services/Chief Financial Officer in March 2012. With more than 30 years of progressive experience in the financial industry, Terri has served in a variety of leadership capacities. Most notably, she served as Director of Accounting at WMMC since 2000; Manager at Wilson, Toellner & Associates, P.C. in Sedalia, MO; and Internal Auditor at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center, a 200-bed health system in Mattoon, IL.

Terri earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting Emphasis from Morningside College in Sioux City, IA. She is a Certified Public Accountant; fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association; and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Jennifer Koepke

Jennifer Koepke, RN, MHSA, Vice President of Patient Care Services/Chief Nursing Officer

Jennifer Koepke was named Vice President of Patient Care Services/Chief Nursing Officer in March 2016.
 
Jennifer has been a part of the WMMC team since February 2005, with a stellar record of leadership and quality improvement initiatives. She has served in many leadership capacities within the medical center, including: Director of Quality/Risk Management, Quality Pillar Council Chair and Interim Chief Nursing Officer from September 2015 – March 2016.
 
Jennifer has over 20 years of clinical experience and has served in a variety of leadership capacities, including St. Mary’s Medical Center in Russellville, AR; and Conway Regional Medical Center in Conway, AR. Her career includes nursing experience in Surgical, Cardiac and Critical Care as well as Quality Risk Management in healthcare.
 
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, AR, and a Master in Health Services Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She has been a Certified Professional of Healthcare Quality since 2004.

Renee Twenter

Renee Twenter, RN, MBA, Ambulatory Services and Outreach Executive

Renee Twenter has been appointed to the role of Ambulatory Services and Outreach Executive as of December 2016.
 
Renee joined WMMC in 1997 and advanced to the role of Director of Obstetrics in 2001. In 2015, Renee was named the Women’s and Children’s Service Line Director, overseeing Obstetrics, Western Missouri Women’s Health Center and Building Blocks Pediatrics. Renee has extensive experience as a quality-driven leader with 25 years of progressive experience leading and transitioning healthcare units, including coordinating the merge of Family Practice Associates with WMMC.
 
Renee received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, MO, and her Master of Business Administration from William Woods University.
