The baby basket was presented to Ashely Scutchfield who had recently given birth to the newest member of her family, Landry, on Nov. 12th.

“On November 12, 1922, seven young educators founded our sorority on the three principles of sisterhood, scholarship and service,” explained Veronica Lewis, from the Delta Pi chapter of the sorority. “The Motto: Greater Service, Greater Progress. So as part of our service we were happy to donate a basket full of new baby items to the first baby born on November 12th this year.
