Bridges is a 12-bed, secure senior adult behavioral health unit that provides specialized behavioral and psychiatric treatment for adults 60 years and beyond. The goals of treatment for this unit are to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and to teach seniors (and their families/caregivers) how to cope with the behavioral changes that may occur throughout the aging process.

The program is designed to treat seniors who suffer from increased depression, grief over a loss, anxiety, changes in memory, dementia and Alzheimer’s. Treatment is individualized to meet each individual’s unique emotional needs.
