Step into the charm of Art Deco glamour and tropical sophistication at the WMMC Foundation’s Flamingo Flair Summer Soirée. Enjoy live music, curated cocktails, delectable cuisine, and exciting auctions—all while supporting a vital cause.

This year’s soirée benefits the Empower Through Early Detection campaign, which aims to bring advanced breast cancer diagnostic technology to Western Missouri Medical Center. Together, we can save lives through early detection and improved care.

Evening Timeline

- 6:00 PM: Doors open, guest arrivals, and live music begins
- 7:00 PM: Transition to silent auction closing & program
- 7:15 PM: Silent auction closes; program & MC remarks begin
- 7:30 PM: Live auction starts
- 8:00 PM: Auction ends; live music and mingling resume
- 10:00 PM: Event concludes

- Standard Admission: $50 per person (includes admission, food, and entertainment)
- VIP Experience Admission: $100 per person (includes unlimited beverages, admission, food, and entertainment)

- Our Flamingo Flair Summer Soirée is the perfect excuse to dress up, have fun, and express your unique style! We encourage guests to embrace:
  Tropical Chic:
  - Vibrant colors: think corals, pinks, leafy greens, turquoise, yellows, or bold floral patterns
  - Lightweight, breezy fabrics such as linen, cotton, or silk
  - Sundresses, cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or flowy skirts for women
  - Linen or lightweight dress shirts, patterned button-downs, polos, or sport coats for men
  - Accessorize with statement jewelry, tropical prints, bold earrings, fun clutches, and floral ties
  - Comfortable, stylish shoes (especially for walking outdoors at Milestones Barn!)
  Art Deco Glamour:
  - Elegant, vintage-inspired shapes and patterns: sequins, beading, geometric designs, metallics
  - Black, gold, and jewel tones are perfect for Art Deco flair
  - Dress up your look with pearls, sparkly headbands, bow ties, or feathers as a nod to 1920s sophistication
  - Outer layers: shawls, light wraps, dressy blazers add polish if the evening cools

  - Mix and match elements! A tropical dress with Deco-inspired accessories (or vice versa) is absolutely on-theme.
