Personalized Hormone Care to Support Your Health and Well-Being
At WMMC, hormone replacement therapy is available for both men and women through Central Family & Sports Medicine and the Women’s Health Center.
Hormones play an important role in energy, mood, sleep, metabolism, and overall health. When levels become unbalanced, it can affect how you feel day to day. Our team provides a personalized, medically guided approach through the Biote Method to help evaluate symptoms and develop a treatment plan tailored to each patient.
Whether you are experiencing new symptoms or long-term concerns, we are here to support you through evaluation, treatment, and ongoing care.
Hormone levels naturally change over time. These changes can begin as early as your 20s or 30s and become more noticeable with age.
Hormone imbalance may be associated with symptoms such as:
These symptoms may also be related to other health conditions. A clinical evaluation and lab testing help determine if hormone imbalance is a contributing factor.
Hormone Therapy Options
If you are experiencing symptoms that may be related to hormone changes, talk with your primary care provider first. Your PCP can evaluate your symptoms, health history and lab results and discuss treatment options that may be appropriate for you.
Depending on your individual needs, treatment options may include oral or topical hormone therapy or longer-acting options such as hormone pellets. Your provider can help determine which approach is appropriate based on your symptoms, hormone levels and overall health.
WMMC is a certified provider of the Biote Method, a form of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.
The Biote Method uses small hormone pellets placed just under the skin that:
Your provider will discuss whether pellet therapy is an appropriate option based on your individual needs.
Some patients may benefit from nutritional support as part of a comprehensive approach to hormone and wellness care.
Biote clinical-grade supplements may be recommended to help support:
