Schedule Your Appointment

Getting started is simple.

Ask your provider to send a referral to WMMC’s Registered Dietitians. Once received, our Central Scheduling team will contact you to schedule your appointment.

Some insurance plans may cover nutrition counseling with a provider referral. Contact your insurance company to verify coverage.
