Join Us for Ladies’ Night Out

Enjoy a night of shopping, entertainment, education, and fun while exploring 50+ local vendors, enjoying food and drinks, hearing from our guest speaker, taking photos, learning about women’s health resources, and entering for a chance to win exciting prizes. All ages are welcome—bring your friends, family, and neighbors for a fun evening out!

🎟️ Registration: $20 per person

Your ticket includes admission to Ladies’ Night Out, raffle entry, a complimentary Ladies’ Night Out t-shirt, and a tote bag filled with goodies, coupons, and special offers from vendors and sponsors (available to the first 800 attendees).

👕 T-Shirt Information
Register by September 25 at 2 p.m. to receive your Ladies’ Night Out t-shirt at event check-in. Registrations received after this deadline will still include a t-shirt; however, shirts will be ordered after the event and will not be available at check-in. Shirts for late registrations will be provided after the event.

Mammogram Cash Prize Raffle

Schedule your mammogram and you could win cash! 💰

Anyone who schedules a mammogram at Western Missouri Medical Center between August 1, 2026, and October 14, 2026, and attends Ladies’ Night Out will be entered into our cash prize drawing.

Four lucky winners will receive:

• $1,000 — 1 winner
• $500 — 1 winner
• $250 — 2 winners

🎉 That’s $2,000 in total cash prizes!

Eligibility Information
You must attend Ladies’ Night Out to be eligible to win. Winners will be contacted after the event.

Already scheduled your mammogram?
You’re eligible too! If you scheduled your mammogram on or after August 1, 2026, simply attend Ladies’ Night Out to be entered.

You can make your appointment by calling (660) 262-7370 or stop by the mammogram scheduling area at Ladies’ Night Out to schedule in person. Schedule your mammogram, attend Ladies’ Night Out, and you could be one of our lucky cash prize winners!

Two Quilts. Two Chances to Win.

Two handmade quilts will be raffled separately, with all proceeds benefiting the WMMC Foundation Cancer Care Fund. Both quilts will be on display at Ladies’ Night Out, and winners will be drawn Oct. 14. You do not need to be present to win.

Auxiliary Quilt

Handmade by Brenda and Kenneth Watson, this quilt benefits the WMMC Foundation Cancer Care Fund. Brenda is a WMMC volunteer and Auxiliary member.

Mary Bahner’s Quilt

Mary Bahner, a breast cancer survivor and mother of Maria Embry in Human Resources, once again donated her time and talent to create a beautiful handmade quilt for Ladies’ Night Out.
