Warrensburg, MO – The Western Missouri Medical Center (WMMC) Foundation is thrilled to announce a significant milestone in its Day of Giving campaign, thanks to a generous donation of $25,000 from the WMMC Auxiliary. This contribution marks a momentous step forward in advancing stroke, cancer, and cardiac care in the local community.
Margo Smith, President of the WMMC Auxiliary Board, expressed her gratitude, stating, “On behalf of the WMMC Auxiliary, we are happy to donate $25,000 to the WMMC Foundation’s Capital Campaign to enable our Medical Center to house a stationary PET/CT scanner to advance stroke, cancer, and cardiac care in our community.
