Commercial Insurance
WMMC files claims directly with commercial insurance providers.
Patients are responsible for:
- Deductibles
- Co-insurance not covered by insurance
- Non-covered services
Some services may require prior authorization from your insurance company.
Medicare
WMMC participates with Medicare and will submit claims on your behalf.
Patients are responsible for applicable:
- Deductibles
- Co-insurance
- Non-covered services
Secondary insurance will be billed after Medicare processes the claim.
Medicaid
WMMC participates in Missouri Medicaid programs and bills the appropriate plan.
Patients are responsible for any required co-pays.
TRICARE (Military Insurance)
