Sleep Center

Fifty to seventy million Americans are affected by chronic sleep disorders and sleep problems. Sleep disorders can involve too much sleep, too little sleep or poor quality sleep. These problems can significantly diminish health, alertness and safety. Untreated sleep disorders are linked to high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, depression diabetes and other chronic diseases.

The Sleep Center provides in-lab and home sleep testing to assist your health care provider in testing you for these conditions. Our sleep center has private rooms with showers, TV, internet, individually temperature controlled rooms among other comforts of home.

EEG services for adults and children (over the age of five) are also provided in the outpatient and inpatient setting. Brain cells communicate with each other through electrical impulses. An EEG tracks and records these impulses creating brain wave patterns. An EEG can be helpful in diagnosing or treating these disorders as well as others: epilepsy or other seizure disorder, brain tumor, head injury, stroke, sleep disorders and dementia.

Sleep Medicine is now offering virtual visits!

Patients that meet criteria can be seen from the comfort of your own home via virtual visits. To find out if your appointment would qualify for virtual visits, contact the clinic for more information.
