Western Missouri Medical Center (WMMC) is partnering with the University of Central Missouri (UCM) Athletics Department for the first-ever Pink Up! event to auction off five pink jerseys sporting UCM Mules football players’ numbers.
These jerseys will feature the number of a current UCM Mules football player. The winner of each jersey will have an opportunity to select the name to be printed onto the back of the jersey. The jersey will be presented to the winners at the Mules home football game on Saturday, Nov. 10, 2018, at 1 pm.
The Pink Up! auction will open Monday, Oct. 1, 2018 at midnight. The auction will close at halftime during the Pink Up! game on Saturday, Oct. 13, 2018. The winners will be announced at the game during halftime.
To enter the auction and begin bidding, go to: charityauction.bid/wmmcpinkup. Select the jersey number that you would like to bid on, place your bid, and watch until the auction ends to make sure you receive the jersey of your choice.
The proceeds from the auction will go towards WMMC’s Foundation in support of the Cancer Care project. This project will fund the purchase of new equipment that will help cancer patients at WMMC.
