  • 60% funds the Employee CARE Relief Fund, providing emergency grants for your fellow WMMC employees in need.
  • 40% supports projects determined each year by the Foundation and C.A.R.E.givers Committee, directly enhancing WMMC for everyone.

Employee CARE Relief Fund

Through the CARE Relief Fund, CAREgiver Club members all help their colleagues who may be facing difficult times.

  • Open to ALL WMMC employees: You don’t need to be a C.A.R.E.giver to apply for or receive support.
  • Confidential: Applications are anonymous to protect privacy.
  • Fast Support: If approved, funds are typically disbursed within a week.
