Warrensburg MO — Greg Hassler was recently appointed to the Western Missouri Medical Center (WMMC) Board of Trustees by Johnson County Commissioners.
Hassler will be completing a 5-year term of an unexpectedly vacated seat, which ends in March 2024.
Hassler previously served on the WMMC Board of Trustees from April 2015 to April 2023. “Quality medical care is vital to every community, and Western Missouri Medical Center is a top-quality medical facility that we are fortunate to have in Johnson County,” said Hassler. “I am passionate about quality medical care, and I am excited to continue serving the residents of Johnson County so we can keep improving and growing at Western Missouri Medical Center.”
“Hassler has a proven passion for WMMC, having served previously on the board for eight years,” said Darinda J. Dick, President/CEO. “We are fortunate to have a newly appointed board member who understands the complexities of the healthcare system and is willing to govern as a board member. We would also like to express a heartfelt thank you to Sue Hook for serving on our board for nearly five years.”
