Access the Patient Portal
The WMMC Patient Portal gives patients secure and convenient, 24-hour access to personal health information and medical records for Western Missouri Medical Center patients.
Self-enrollment is available for WMMC patients 18 or older who don’t have access to the patient portal. Parents, caregivers and guardians who manage the health of another patient must contact the patient’s healthcare provider to receive access to the patient’s information through the patient portal. To request portal access on behalf of another patient, please contact the registration staff of any WMMC clinic, or ask our registration staff when you check-in for your next appointment.
We’ve recently updated our patient portal to make viewing and paying medical bills, contacting providers and managing healthcare needs faster and more convenient. Patients who have existing patient portal accounts can access the updated portal by using their existing username and password.
To enroll yourself in the patient portal, visit wmmc.iqhealth.com/self-enroll or provide your email address to a member of our healthcare team during your next visit.
To manage the health care of another person in the portal, such as your child, please provide your email address to a member of our healthcare team.
