Western Missouri Medical Center Launches Maternity App by Customized Communications, Inc.

The app includes educational videos, a contraction timer, a feeding log, and more.

May 3, 2022, Warrensburg, MO – Western Missouri Medical Center (WMMC) has launched a new app that offers obstetrics patients childbirth information, engaging tools, and helpful trackers throughout their pregnancy.

The app, YoMingo®, includes content modules on pregnancy, labor and birth, postpartum, breastfeeding, and newborn care, giving expecting families valuable resources to use through pregnancy and the baby’s first year. Because YoMingo features a variety of useful tools, parents won’t need to download multiple apps. Tools include:

  • Weekly milestones
  • Contraction timer
  • Kick counter
  • Packing list
  • Feeding log
  • Diaper log
  • Measurements
  • Appointments calendar
  • Immunization log
  • Journal
  • Education content

WMMC’s YoMingo app is powered by patient education agency Customized Communications, Inc. and is available in both the App Store and Google Play.
