WMMC Expands Non-Surgical Orthopedic Services to Higginsville

Warrensburg, MO — Western Missouri Medical Center (WMMC) is excited to announce the expansion of non-surgical orthopedic services to the Higginsville community. Jeremy Schmitz, MD, a board-certified family practice physician with fellowship training in sports medicine, will now provide care at the Family Practice of Central Missouri – Higginsville clinic on Thursdays from 1-4 p.m.

Dr. Schmitz joined Western Missouri Bone & Joint on June 3, 2024, bringing specialized expertise in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal injuries and chronic conditions, including osteoporosis, chronic tendon injuries, joint pain, and concussions. His expertise in diagnostic ultrasound and non-surgical orthopedic care enhances the range of services available to patients in Higginsville and surrounding areas.
