Sponsors support the auction by helping to underwrite the cost of the event or a specific live auction item. Both sponsorship and underwriting opportunities are available and include varying levels of recognition for your support. Most sponsors receive tickets and other benefits as part of their sponsorship as well.

Formal attire with a Mardi Gras flair is encouraged. You’ll see a range of outfits—from guests dressed to the nines in full gala attire to those opting for a more casual look with jeans and a nice shirt. Ultimately, it’s up to you, and you can’t go wrong either way!

Yes! There will be physical programs available at the event that include the auction catalog. This catalog will feature all the items and experiences up for bid during our silent and live auctions. Make sure to check it out when you arrive, as it will provide detailed information about each item, including descriptions and bidding instructions. Due to limited Wi-Fi and phone service at the venue, bringing cash is suggested for tipping bartenders, buying “Golden Ticket” raffle tickets, prize raffle tickets, and suggested donations for gaming chips.
