Manage Payments and Billing Online
To provide more convenient and flexible billing experience for patients, Western Missouri Medical Center has partnered with Flywire Corporation to launch an updated patient payment platform.
Although patients will notice a change in the appearance of their billing statements, the transition to the updated platform will not directly impact patients’ balances, and patients will still have access to their previous billing information.
Patients enrolled in an automatic payment plan will need to set up their automatic payments through the new patient portal after Dec. 1, 2023. No action is required from individuals who are not currently enrolled in an automatic payment plan.

Western Missouri Medical Center also accepts cash, checks, money orders and all major credit and debit cards for payment. Please contact our patient accounts department at (660) 262-7350 to pay with a credit or debit card over the phone. Patients can make payments in-person by visiting the patient accounts department located behind the hospital in the lower level of Innes 2.

Please note: You may receive medical bills in addition to your hospital bill. For example, you may receive a bill from your doctor. If you have radiology services, you will receive a bill for reading the test. If you have skin or tissue removed during a procedure, you will receive a bill from the pathologist who read the results. If you have questions about these bills, please call the number printed on the statement you received from them.
