WMMC Announces New Non-Interventional Pain Clinic
Warrensburg, MO (February 26, 2021)—Western Missouri Medical Center (WMMC) is excited to announce the opening of the new Non-Interventional Pain Clinic run by Liz Elwell, FNP-BC. The clinic will create a comprehensive plan for patients suffering from chronic pain. The clinic is currently accepting new patients.
In addition to medication management, the Non-Interventional Pain Clinic will create a holistic, individualized plan using CDC recommendations. This includes referrals to ancillary services such as physical therapy services, chiropractic services, massage, behavioral therapy, and alternative management techniques.
WMMC would also like to welcome Liz Elwell, FNP-BC, as the new Non-Interventional Pain provider. Liz graduated from the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, MO, where she completed her Bachelors and Masters of Science in Nursing. She has previous experience in comprehensive pain management at Bothwell Regional Health Center.
