Fire & Ice: Glitz & Glam Gala.

Our annual event will be hosted at Milestone’s Barn in Warrensburg on Friday, January 27, 2023, from 6 to 10 pm. Join us for a glamorous gala while you are entertained by Kansas City’s premier gaming company! Play all your favorite classic casino games: Black Jack, Texas Hold ‘Em, the Money Wheel, Let it Ride, CRAPS, and Roulette. Each attendee will get tokens for playing casino games, access to an open bar, decadent hors d’oeuvres, and our signature champagne fountain. Plus, you will have the chance to win prizes and live auction items!

Early bird tickets will be available at Ladies’ Night Out on Tuesday, October 11th.

All other tickets will go on sale at 9 am on Wednesday, October 12th.

WHAT IS HAPPENING THE NIGHT OF THE EVENT?
Fire & Ice: Glitz & Glam Gala will be held on Friday, January 27 at Milestones Barn in Warrensburg.
6:00— Check-in, receive your auction program, bidding number, gaming tokens, and our signature beverage; preview prize baskets, raffle items, live auction items and enjoy cocktails at the open bar, friends, music, and more.
6:00— Decadent hor d’orves, cocktails, gaming, music, and dancing.
6:30— Gaming begins! Enter for raffle items and gaming prize baskets.
9:15— Program begins
9:45— Live Auction and Raffle drawing
10:00— Check-out opens
HOW DO I SPONSOR THIS EVENT?

Sponsors support the auction by helping to underwrite the cost of the event or a specific live auction item. Both sponsorship and underwriting opportunities are available and include varying levels of recognition for your support. Most sponsors receive tickets and other benefits as part of their sponsorship as well.

HOW DO I DONATE AN ITEM OR EXPERIENCE AS A PRIZE BASKET, RAFFLE ITEM, OR LIVE AUCTION ITEM?

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Gala attire is suggested. Some people will show up dressed to the nines wearing full-blown gala outfits, and some will wear jeans and a nice shirt. It’s really up to you and you can’t go wrong either way.

There will be physical programs available at the event.

HOW DO I PAY FOR A LIVE AUCTION ITEM?

DO I NEED TO BRING CASH?

Bringing cash is suggested for tipping bartenders, buying “Golden Ticket” raffle tickets, gaming prize raffle tickets, and suggested donations for gaming chips.
