To help bring advanced care to our community, the Western Missouri Medical Center Foundation has launched its campaign to raise $250,000 to modernize the WMMC Operating Rooms (OR).

This renovation will create a modern and eco-friendly update to the OR where over 2,100 surgeries are performed annually.

Project Highlights

This project will include adding energy-efficient LED lighting, purchasing state-of-the-art sterilization machines, implementing SteriTite® containers and more. Overall, these upgrades will reduce waste by 80% and provide an annual savings of over $80,000*

*Cost savings include “soft costs” and might be at the high-end of a savings estimate
