Local 5K to Support the WMMC Foundation

Warrensburg, MO (June 19, 2017)—The Johnson County Fair Association is hosting a 5K Run/Walk as part of the lineup for the 2017 Johnson County Fair. The 5K is scheduled for Saturday, July 15 at 7:30 a.m., and all proceeds benefit the Western Missouri Medical Center (WMMC) Foundation.

This is the first year the group has hosted a 5K Run/Walk alongside the variety of other activities associated with the Johnson County Fair. It is a family friendly event held at the fairgrounds at 386 NW 145 Road, Warrensburg, MO. Register online at https://runsignup.com/johnsoncountyfair5k through July 13 for $20 per person, or register in person the day of the event for $25.

All finishers receive a medal, with awards going to the top 3 in a variety of age groups.
