The Medical/Surgical Nursing Unit at Western Missouri Medical Center offers 24 large private rooms complete with the latest medical technology and equipment. The medical/surgical unit provides acute nursing care for adult and pediatric patients from within the community.

The patient rooms are designed for patient and family friendly environment. The rooms are equipped with a pull-out bed, desk and wireless internet access. The unit has a dedicated, spacious waiting room and nutrition area for the family and visitors.
