Save the Date, Ladies' Night Out

Warrensburg, MO (August 3, 2018)—Western Missouri Medical Center (WMMC) has set the date of the sixth annual Ladies’ Night Out event for Tuesday, October 16 from 5:00 – 8:00 pm in the UCM Elliott Union Ballroom.

In preparation for this event, the organizers are looking for potential exhibitors and sponsors who are interested in supporting this effort through tabling at the event, providing giveaways, raffle items, or services. Potential exhibitors and sponsors who are interested in participating in this annual event are encouraged to visit wmmc.com/event/lno-vendor/ to reserve their spot. For questions or more information on registering, contact Jennie Snapp, Communications and Development Coordinator, at jsnapp@wmmc.com by September 15.

Ladies’ Night Out strives to raise awareness about women’s health and breast cancer by providing education and scheduling mammograms prior to/during the event. In the past, the event has featured free “mini manis,” hair and makeup tutorials, exhibitors, educational speakers, free leg vein screenings, prize drawings and more. This year, Ladies’ Night Out will feature a beauty corner with vendors, but space is limited for beauty corner vendor spots.

Last year’s event reached nearly 300 community women and resulted in more than 75 women scheduling their annual mammogram screening. The event raised $710 which was donated to the WMMC Foundation, benefitting the Cancer Center. If you would like to attend the event, please visit WMMC.com/event/LNO-2018/ to purchase your tickets today.
