The 13th Annual Ladies’ Night Out returns on Thursday, October 16, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Jerry M. Hughes Athletics Center. Last year, nearly 800 women attended, not including our amazing vendors, volunteers, and staff who make this event possible!
What’s Included:
Your $50 vendor fee guarantees a 10×10 booth space, an 8-foot table with a black tablecloth, and two chairs. We anticipate over 700 attendees, offering a great opportunity for all vendors to connect with the community. For your convenience, vendors may pull up directly to the venue doors for easy setup and breakdown. Each vendor will also be listed in our event promotions and materials.
If you need extra tables, chairs, or have special requests, please indicate this on your application or reach out directly. Limited electricity may be available—please specify on your application if required and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Location:
The Jerry M. Hughes Athletics Center at the University of Central Missouri campus offers ample space, easy access for setup and takedown, and hassle-free parking.

Submit your application using the form below. Our team carefully reviews all submissions to ensure every vendor has the ability to shine and succeed. If your application is approved, Amy Walters, our Communications Assistant, will email you a payment link within 5 business days. Payment is due within 5 calendar days of receiving the link to secure your spot—otherwise, we may offer the spot to another vendor.
