The C.A.R.E.givers Club is the employee-giving branch of the Western Missouri Medical Center Foundation. Together, they form a powerful community dedicated to improving the experiences of our colleagues, patients, visitors, and the entire facility.

Where C.A.R.E.giver Club Donations Go:

  • 60% supports projects determined each year by the Foundation and C.A.R.E.givers Committee, directly enhancing WMMC for everyone.
  • 40% funds the Employee CARE Relief Fund, providing emergency grants for your fellow WMMC employees in need.

Employee CARE Relief Fund

Through the CARE Relief Fund, CAREgiver Club members all help their colleagues who may be facing difficult times.

  • Open to ALL WMMC employees: You don’t need to be a C.A.R.E.giver to apply for or receive support.
  • Confidential: Applications are anonymous to protect privacy.
  • Fast Support: If approved, funds are typically disbursed within a week.

About The Committee

The C.A.R.E.givers Committee is a volunteer group of WMMC employees who oversee the C.A.R.E.givers Program. The C.A.R.E.givers Committee works to generate funds for special projects, which they determine through feedback from their co-workers. Those special projects might benefit our employees, our patients, our visitors, and/or our facilities.
